Biography

Cesar's educational background includes two Master's of Science degrees in psychology and nursing and one bachelor's degree in biology and medical technology. He has worked in hospital laboratories as a Medical Technologist supporting all departments, and as a nurse in medical intensive care, emergency medicine departments and psychiatric departments. Cesar has worked as a CRA and has been a Lead Global Project Manager for the past 11 years. In the position of Global Project Manager, he has managed internally monitored studies, outsourced studies, study budgets, time lines, co-written protocols, and organized investigator meetings among other responsibilities. Overall, Cesar has 20+ years of clinical experience, which includes 14 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. Cesar is well versed in dealing with leadership/management aspects and project management activities based on his strong professional background in clinical care, clinical research, project management and leadership.
