Janice Kramb worked 15 years as a both generalist and Microbiology specialist in small to large hospital laboratories. She began teaching part-time in the 1990's and transitioned from the bench to education early use of online teaching to augment brick and mortar classes. Later she transitioned to fully online courses.
She has experience teaching multiple health occupations courses at the community college level and the R1 University level. She began teaching MLS courses at GWU in 2013.
