Biography

Jill Yanick, OTR/L, CHT is an adjunct instructor of Occupational Therapy in the Department of Health, Human Function, and Rehabilitation Sciences at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences.

Jill has been a practicing clinician since 2003. She is the Director of Education and Clinical Competency at ProFlex Physical Therapy. Her clinical practice areas include hand and upper extremity rehabilitation, pediatric orthopedic and congenital anomalies, peripheral nerve injuries, advanced wound care, and complex upper extremity trauma care.

Jill's educational history includes presenting at the American Society of Hand Therapy Annual Meeting on Pain Management, Wrist Evaluation, and Blood Flow Restriction Training. In addition, she was recently on the Baltimore faculty for the Hand Therapy Review Course, teaching the lectures on Hand and Wrist Anatomy and co leading the cadaver lab sessions.
