Stephanie Barbone, DHSc, OTR/L, CHT is an occupational therapist, and certified hand therapist. She obtained a dual bachelor's degree in exercise and sport science and psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. From there, she went on to pursue her master's degree in occupational therapy at New York University. She has recently completed her Doctorate in Health Science at GW with a focus on clinical education. In addition to teaching, she works full time at George Washington University Hospital outpatient rehab department.
